TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

By engaging Allegra Accounting & Tax Services ("Allegra", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Scope of Work

Services are provided in accordance with the agreed scope, proposal, or monthly retainer. Any work requested outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

Fees & Payment Terms

Invoices are due on presentation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payment may delay submissions, reports or deliverables.
Interest may be charged on overdue accounts as permitted by law.

Client Responsibilities

Providing accurate and complete financial and business information.
Supplying documents promptly
Informing us of any material changes relevant to compliance or financial reporting

Delayed or incomplete information may impact our ability to deliver on time or at all.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except:

As required by law (e.g., SARS, CIPC, regulatory authorities).
To service providers who are bound by confidentiality and only for the purpose of delivering services.

Liability

We take reasonable professional care in delivering our services. However, we cannot be held liable for losses arising from:

Inaccurate, incomplete or late information provided by the client
System failures or delays outside our control (e.g., SARS or CIPC downtime)
Regulatory changes or interpretations outside our control
Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent)

Nothing in these terms limits liability to the extent it cannot be limited by South African law.

Termination

Either party may terminate the services with 30 days’ written notice. All work done and fees incurred up to the date of termination remain payable.

Intellectual Property

Templates, tools, reports and methodologies created by Allegra remain our intellectual property, even when used in your business, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Governing Law

The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern these Terms & Conditions. Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with South African legal processes.
